Fees- Here is a complete list of fees you may be subject to in order to move in:

Background Check / Application fee: $50, Security Deposit: Equal to one months rent, Pet Fee: up to $350 per pet. We do not allow aggressive breed dogs. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET.

A holding deposit equal to one month’s rent is needed to guarantee a particular apartment. The holding deposit will be applied toward the security deposit once the applicant is approved and the lease begins. The holding deposit is non-refundable unless the applicant is not approved in which case it will be fully and promptly refunded. Security deposit is equal to 2 months rent unless applicant or associated cosigners have a credit score equal to or above 700- in which case the security deposit is equal to 1 months rent.

We do require parent cosigners for student tenants
